If you feel that placing your dog in a new home is in your dog’s best interest and are not bound by a breeder agreement and you are unable to find the breeder or they decline to take the dog back, then we are here to assist you. We require a completed Listing Agreement and a processing fee of $10.
There are two payment options for our Listing Agreement.
1) PayPal, Click on the “Add to Cart” button below and then the “Checkout with PayPal” button. Please retain your PayPal Transaction ID to be entered when you start filling out the EGRR Adoption Application. Upon payment completion return back to this page to complete your choice of application forms below.
