If you are interested in adopting, please submit an EGRR Adoption Application and we will contact you to arrange a visit. We require an adoption application, site visit and reference check.
The answers that you give on this application will assist us in finding the dog that will be the best possible match for you. Please fill out the form completely and choose your method of payment for the $10.00 processing fee. A phone number is required to process your application. Submitting this application is the first step in adopting a homeless Golden Retriever but it does not guarantee that you will be approved to adopt a dog, as we reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
There are two payment options for our Adoption Application.
1) PayPal, Click on the “Pay Now” button below and you will be directed to PayPal. Login into your PayPal account or click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” link to complete the process. Please retain your PayPal Transaction ID to be entered when you start filling out the EGRR Adoption Application. Upon payment completion you will be redirected back to this page to complete your choice of application forms below.
